D8-THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) is a new, cutting edge cannabinoid (derived from Hemp) which produces psychoactive effects and euphoric feelings associated with the typical “high”. Additionally, D8-THC is known for its anti-nausea, anti-anxiety, appetite stimulating and stress reducing properties.

D9-THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) is the original THC and is the active ingredient in the Marijuana plant. This cannabinoid is responsible for the “high” feeling experienced after consuming a marijuana product and is currently federally illegal and illegal in most states.

The main difference between D8-THC and D9-THC is D8-THC is federally legal and legal in 39 states, while D9-THC is federally illegal and illegal in most states. Both D8-THC and D9-THC produce euphoric “high” effects and carry a wide variety of medical and recreational benefits. As it relates to the endocannabinoid system, D8-THC activates both the CB1 and CB2 receptors. When both receptors are involved there is an associated physical state known as homeostasis, the body’s natural resting state, when it is not in a fight or flight mode.

D8-THC is superior to D9-THC because it produces similar benefits and effects of D9-THC, but it is federally legal and legal in 39 states in the United States. In addition, consumers of D8-THC have reported it does not cause anxiety or paranoia as the reason for choosing D8-THC over D9-THC.

Since all of our products contain only D8-THC made from 100% Hemp extract, we are able to legally manufacture, distribute and sell to consumers in the United States. Thanks to the 2018 Farm Bill, that was ratified and signed into law in December 2018, Cannabis containing less than 0.3% D9-THC is legally classified as Hemp and thus is legal under federal law. THC itself isn’t federally illegal, only specifically D9-THC is.

Most likely yes. From what we currently understand, D8 is metabolized by the human body in the same way D9 is. If you are worried about passing a drug screen, do not use these products.

“Hemp Derived THC” means that the THC is entirely produced from Hemp. Under the 2018 Farm Bill, which clarifies that “Hemp” is any cannabis plant containing less than 0.3% D9-THC, Hemp is federally legal under federal law. We do not handle Marijuana or any cannabis plant containing more than 0.3% D9-THC.

Indeed! We ship our products to 39 of the 50 United States.

Unfortunately, due to eleven states not expressly legalizing Hemp or CBD, we are not able to ship to: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, and Utah.

While there are no federal regulations setting the minimum age required to purchase D8-THC, there are several state regulations mandating that consumers must be 21 years or older to purchase. For this reason, you must be 21 years or older to purchase any of our products both online and in-store.

We ship online orders via 2-3-day USPS Priority Mail. Please allow up to 5 days to receive your order.

Absolutely, D8-THC can be sent through the United States Postal Service (USPS) legally. Thanks to a clarification published in the USPS regulations, Hemp products (just like D8-THC) can safely and legally be shipped within the United States.
